FB99 Terms and Conditions

Welcome to FB99. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FB99 platform, including all games, betting services, payment features, and any other services made available through fb99.app ("the Platform"). FB99 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without providing a reason.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.

• FB99 does not charge fees on deposits, but your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit.

• FB99 aims to process all withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
• FB99 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.

Any funds deposited on FB99 are held solely for the purpose of gaming on the platform. FB99 does not pay interest on account balances.

All bets placed on FB99 are subject to the specific rules of the game or event being wagered on. These rules are displayed within each game section on the platform. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing a bet.

• Bets are final once confirmed. FB99 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system.
• In the event of a technical error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, FB99 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface.
• FB99 reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable on any single bet or within any single session.
• For Sports Betting, odds are subject to change up until the point at which a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• FB99 does not accept bets placed by automated systems, bots, or any software designed to place bets without direct human input.

If FB99 has reasonable grounds to believe that a bet was placed in violation of these rules, the bet may be voided and the stake returned or withheld pending investigation.

FB99 offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered.

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly when the bonus is offered.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus can be active on your account at any given time. You cannot stack multiple bonuses.
• Expiry: Bonuses expire if not used within the timeframe specified in the bonus offer. Expired bonuses are removed from your account automatically.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the FB99 platform:

• Creating more than one account on FB99.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform. Any such issues must be reported to FB99 support immediately.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate any part of the FB99 platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing FB99 staff or other players.
• Depositing funds from payment accounts that do not belong to you.

FB99 monitors all accounts and transactions for signs of prohibited conduct. Accounts found to be in violation of these rules will be suspended immediately. FB99 reserves the right to withhold funds from suspended accounts pending investigation and to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where required by law.

FB99 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering on FB99, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits FB99's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You may close your FB99 account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

FB99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time if:

• The account holder has violated any part of these Terms.
• FB99 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• The account holder is found to be ineligible to use the platform.
• FB99 is required to do so by law or by a regulatory authority.

In cases of account closure due to a Terms violation, FB99 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a violation, the balance may be forfeited.
